Are ye not much better than they?”
Prompt: Think about some things you are worried about. Write them down, and then let them go to God. You may find it helpful to tear this page out and discard it, symbolically letting your fears and anxieties go and letting your Father provide.

Prompt: Write about ways you show love and kindness in your everyday life. Reflect on ways you see love in the world around you.
